How to return the keys at the end of the stay ?

During the high season (July and August), key handover takes place at the campsite reception.

During the low season (from September to June), keys must be returned to the town hall during the following opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

  • Saturday : from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Outside of these hours, keys must be dropped off in the town hall’s mailbox.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Arrival from 4:00 p.m.

Departure before 10:00 a.m.

What are the reception opening hours ?

  • In high season (July and August), the campsite reception is open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. An agent is available by phone at 02 51 34 54 51 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

  • In low season (outside of July and August), the campsite reception is closed. You need to contact the Town Hall at 02 51 34 52 11.

Are the rentals equipped with bed linen ?

No, the rentals are not equipped with bed linen. However, it is available for rent starting at €3.50 for a single bed and €6.50 for a double bed.

Where can I park my vehicle ?

Only one vehicle is allowed on your pitch; other vehicles must remain in the parking lot in front of the campsite.

What is the tourist tax ?

The tourist tax is an additional fee that the campsite pays to the Vie et Boulogne Community of Communes. It amounts to €0.53 per night per person aged 18 and over.

When do I have to pay the balance of the stay ?

The balance of the stay must be paid upon key handover.

Who can use the swimming pool ?

The swimming pool is strictly reserved for campers, renters, and registered residents of the campsite.

What are the swimming pool opening hours ?

The swimming pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., from June 15 to September 15. Dates may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Are unaccompanied minors allowed at the campsite ?

Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with written permission from their parents and with the campsite management’s approval.

Are pets allowed on the campsite ?

In accordance with Article 211-1 of the Rural Code and the related ministerial decrees and orders, Category 1 dogs, considered ‘attack dogs’ (such as pit bulls), are prohibited.

Pets are allowed subject to the following fee: €2.80 per night or €17 per week.

Category 2 dogs, classified as ‘guard and defense dogs’ (Rotweillerand similar breeds), must be muzzled and kept on a leash by an adult (Article 221-5 of the Rural Code).

Dogs and other animals must not be left free or even confined on the campsite in the absence of their owners, who are legally responsible for them.

What are the access conditions for visitors at the campsite ?

Visitors are allowed on the campsite under the responsibility of the campers or residents hosting them, and after notifying the reception office.

Access to the swimming pool is prohibited for day visitors. For visitors staying overnight, access to campsite services (pool, showers, etc.) is allowed, subject to payment of the applicable fee.

Visitor cars are not allowed inside the campsite.
